# Streaming Tab

The Streaming tab is where hosts and co-hosts manage everything related to broadcasting a room in or out — bringing an external stream into the room as a media source (an **inbound feed**), or sending the room's own video output to an external destination (an **outbound feed**).

The tab is available both from a room's Side Panel on the homepage (out-of-session, for pre-configuration) and from the Side Panel once you're in an active session.
